Dr. Marshall graduated from UC Berkeley Optometry School in 1965. He currently is the Mayor of Livermore and has lived and practiced in Livermore for 38 years. His wife, Barbara, is a Livermore native. She is a retired teacher of Art, Spanish and French from the Livermore School District. His other son, Dr. Todd is a practicing dentist in Livermore also on Murrieta Blvd.
